The method of preparation. Dutch cheese and onion, chop sticks, and radishes cut into slices, hard-boiled eggs finely chop. Cheese mix with eggs, onion, radishes, canned green peas, mayonnaise, ground pepper and salt.

Salad from fresh cabbage with cheese

Ingredients: 400 g of cabbage, 3 pieces of carrot, 3 tomatoes, 0.5 cups of sour cream, garlic, salt, parsley, salad leaves.

The method of preparation. Washed lettuce leaves place in salad bowl. Cabbage and carrots chop, grind with salt and season with vinegar, chopped onions and sour cream.

Salad from sauerkraut with cheese

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 100 g cheese, 200 g sour cabbage, 25 g onions, 5 g parsley, 50 g of vegetable oil, pepper, salt.
